Bringing your Kid to F of X

Special Information for bringing kids to F of X 2020.

Stay
+ Your stay will be booked in a property next door to the festival venue, about 5 mins away. Pickup & Drops to the festival venue will be available before breakfast, after lunch and after dinner on all days.
+ You will have a private room at the neighbor property, instead of being in a shared room with 3 Creators. (charged separately) Alternatively, you can share the room with another mom creator who is also attending the festival.
+ Extra beds will be arranged incase requested.

Food
+ Your breakfast, lunch and dinner will be at the festival venue and you will have access to everything.
+ Milk, Food and Extras can be ordered and paid directly with the hotel

Guidelines
+ We have designated zones for smoking and the festival happens in a huge outdoor setting. However, we would still not like the kids to be exposed to smoking zones, we request you to keep them at bay.
+ We request you to bring enough warm clothes for your kid to keep her/him warm, Jim Corbett gets cold.

Experience for your Kid to have a great time
+ A safari can be arranged for you all on request.
+ The resort has a kids play area and play room with toys and games which is right in front of the restaurant and is super accessible from all the festival zones. While you are attend the sessions you can drop them at the playroom with professional Nannies organised by F of X Team.
+ Two professional nanny/babysitters will be available between 9am to 5pm and between 7pm to 10pm for you to attend the workshops, sessions and performances.
+ You can bring your kids to the sessions in soul and hand zones. Heart and Mind zone have serious talks and sessions and we would like them to be free of disturbance.

For all of the above, your ticket price to the festival will become INR 45k including stay, food, access to nanny support, playroom and double shared rooms.

Costs for attending F of X

As making F of X kid friendly needs additional manpower and arrangements, we have an additional costs for certain things as follows:

Access to Hand & Soul Zone for your Child: Included in the cost

Additional Costs
Private Room for you and your Child: INR 15,000
Shared Room with another Creator Mom: INR 10,000

Optional
Nanny Support & Playroom Access: INR 10,000
Add one more person to your room (with Private Room Only, for ex your spouse): INR 27500

Confirm your Invite

Make your stay and optional selections while making your payment. This is the complete payment for the festival, and not broken into two parts because of the nature of tickets.
